The Community of Owe People Abroad (COPA) is a non-profit association of Owe people and professionals residing in all countries around the world.
What We Do
We promote our cultural heritage, the economic and educational development and common good and unity among our people. More importantly, we encourage, counsel and guide our children as they mature through life

We recognize our common ancestry and cultural heritage; therefore, we will work to promote unity among our people.
Cultural Heritage
We recognize the need to pass to our children, the many positive aspects of our cultural heritage and values; in the belief that we accept the sacred responsibility to transfer those values to the next generation.
Community Development
We recognize the need for us to contribute to the development of our people; and to promote the economic, educational and professional development of ourselves for our common good
