My name is Dr (Mrs.) Gloria Bolanle Ajayi (Nee Olorunfemi). I currently reside in the United States of America. I obtained my doctorate in Business Administration. My master’s is in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare Management and a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. I work for the Federal Government. My research topic was “Female Navigation to Leadership Positions.”

My community involvement includes but is not limited to The National Society of Leadership and Success, University of Phoenix Alumni, The Honor Society, PBL for leaders, Women Entrepreneur, National Association of Women MBAs, People Helping People, Women Professional Networking, and National Association of Professional Women. Owe People Abroad (COPA) and Okun Development Association (ODA) community. My passion is to promote females to the leadership position.
